
Introduction
In this project, a hotel system called HospitalityPlus will be designed that focuses on operational efficiency and service quality, planning the implementation of an integrated Hotel Management System that includes a detailed booking process. In this system, Customers have access to make room reservations, browse hotel facilities, and make payments.
On the Employee side, they can access the list of incoming reservations, manage room availability, and process each reservation. This process includes checking room availability, confirming reservations, and detailing information about the guest who will stay.
Content
The work on this information system project is carried out in accordance with the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology, which is a methodology that has been proven effective for designing, developing, and implementing complex information systems. The development team will follow the SDLC steps, from initial planning to system maintenance.
To ensure that this HospitalityPlus project can meet the business needs of the organization, a System Request has been proposed to the Project Sponsor which contains information about the Project Sponsor, Business Needs, Business Requirements, Business Values, and Special Issues/Constraints.
